Course Description: Would you like an enchilada recipe that will get you in and out of the kitchen quickly, plus, not have to roll tortillas? You will prepare along with the instructor your own enchilada pie entrée, then cook it and be able to taste your creation and take it home after class. Quick, easy, and tasteful, that is what this class will teach you. The ingredient amount and full list will be furnished upon registration.
