I began working at Center Point Elementary in 1999.  This will be my 24th year at CPE.  I have taught 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, and 5^th grades. This year I will be teaching 5^th grade ELAR and Science.

I have been married to my husband, Mark, for 32 years. We have 3 children: Melanie-28, Matthew-26, and Ethan-24. We have 3 grandchildren: Abigail-8, Eli-3, and Charlotte-2. All of my children attended CPISD from K through 12.  We have multiple pets-dogs, cats, and chickens.

I love to read any chance I get. I also love to travel with my family with our travel trailer.  I love to camp on the Frio River and enjoy taking trips to different national parks.
