Nurse Clinic

Welcome to the health information page for CPISD. I am your District Nurse. I am looking forward to provide the necessary care your student(s) require. Please feel free to reach out to me if your child has any health conditions or requires medication to be taken at school. I will be setting up screenings for vision, hearing, and spinal for the age specific groups rather quickly. If there are any concerns with a student’s screening, a referral will be sent home and asked that it be returned to the nurse’s clinic after following up with the doctor. Please make sure your student is up to date on all state mandated vaccines and please provide a copy of the updated vaccination record to the nurse’s clinic. You may reach out to your child’s physician or myself if you have any questions regarding immunizations. I am here to help keep your child healthy and ready to learn!
