Groups or individuals interested in utilizing CPISD Facilities must download, read, and complete the Facility Usage Documents. Once completed you may sign the document electronically or scan the signed document and send to the email address provided.  You may also print and fill in the fields by hand if you want to. Packets may also be delivered to the CPISD Adminstration office. Questions may be directed to the CPISD Maintenance Director Dennis Daily at the number below.
