Facility/Building Use for the Community (LINK NEEDS TO BE UPDATED) - Groups or individuals interested in utilizing CPISD Facilities must download, read, and complete the Facility Usage Documents. Once completed you may sign the document electronically or scan the signed document and send to the email address provided. Packets may also be delivered to the CPISD Administration office . Questions may be directed to the CPISD Maintenance Director.
