Reminder- Parents Please be sure to sign premissions slip and return with your student in the morning. It is essential that we have this information on file for each one of your children that attend Center Point ISD. Thank you, Counseling and Nurse Dpts.

In accordance with law, the District must provide parents with written notice of each school-based service related to the student’s mental, emotional, or physical health or well-being, including the counseling and health-related services offered at the campus their child attends. A parent has the right to withhold consent for or decline any school counseling-related (“mental health - related”) or health-related service. Please return this document to your child’s homeroom teacher or school office as soon as possible. It is essential that we have your preferences on file so that we can continue to provide the best services possible for your child.
