Rank One Registration for UIL Activities
Posted Date: 07/13/26 (10:16 AM)
Center Point Pirates Families,
As promised during Meet the AD, it's time to get your athlete officially registered for the 2026-2027 season. Starting this year, Center Point ISD Athletics/Activities is moving to Rank One Pro to manage all UIL pre-participation requirements. Here's everything you need to know.
WHO: Every student-athlete participating in a UIL activity at CPISD must have a completed Rank One profile before they can practice or compete. If your athlete has been part of this summer's conditioning program, this is the next step to keep them eligible once fall camp begins.
WHAT: You'll create a parent account in Rank One and work through nine required forms:
- Acknowledgement of Rules
- Concussion Acknowledgement Form
- Parent/Student Steroid Agreement Form
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
- Behavior Code of Conduct
- Culture Team Standards
- Philosophy Program Statement
- Academic Standard Study Hall
- Mission Ownership Commitment
One important note: physicals are handled separately. Once all nine forms above are complete, our coaching staff will upload each athlete's physical directly into Rank One. You do not need to submit that piece yourself — just ensure a member of our staff has your hard copy, get the electronic forms done, and we'll take it from there.
WHEN: Two-a-days officially begin on Monday, August 3rd. No athlete can step on the field or court without this profile completed. Our expectation is to get 100% of these knocked out by Friday, July 31st. Forms filled out today mean one less thing to worry about once practice ramps up.
WHERE & HOW: Create your account and begin the process here: https://centerpointisd.rankone.com/Pro/Login.aspx
If you are new to the system or need help getting started, you can watch a quick tutorial on setting up your Rank One account here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSBwXyvI4OI
(Note: The video mentions taking a photo to upload your physical. Remember, you can skip that step! Our staff is handling all physical uploads).
WHY: This move to Rank One Pro is about three things: safety, accountability, and communication. It gives our staff a single, secure system to verify every athlete meets UIL requirements, keeps our records audit-ready, and gives you a direct line of visibility into what your child has completed and what's still outstanding. It's a small step on your end that makes a big difference in how well we can look after your athlete.
I've attached a flyer to this for QR code and easy print steps in English and Spanish.
Thank you for your partnership as we build this program the right way. We look forward to a great year.
